MBA or BBA major in Human Resource Management (HRM) from any reputed public or private university.
Additional coursework or training in labor law, compliance, or industrial relations will be considered an added advantage.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both English & Bangla).
Good command over MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Positive attitude, integrity, and willingness to learn.
Must be willing to work in a factory environment and rotational shifts.
Four H Group is one of the largest knitwear manufacturing organizations, looking for dedicated individuals to handle challenging positions, and possess sufficient knowledge about HR practices with related local laws, as well as related issues.
Assist in the daily HR & Admin operations of the factory under the guidance of senior officials.
Support in the recruitment and selection process for workers and staff.
Maintain and update employee files, personal data, attendance, and leave records accurately.
Assist in payroll data collection, ID card preparation, and other HR documentation.
Help to implement company policies regarding discipline, attendance, leave, and grievance handling.
Support the compliance team in documentation, audit preparation, and worker welfare activities.
Assist in organizing training, orientation, and awareness programs for workers and employees.
Provide support in administrative functions such as security, housekeeping, canteen, transport, and general maintenance.
Monitor worker facilities (e.g., dining, drinking water, toilets, medical room) to ensure proper service and hygiene.
Handle assigned tasks during buyer visits and internal audits.
Maintain confidentiality of HR records and ensure professionalism in all dealings.
Acknowledging receipt of grievances and ensuring confidentiality throughout the process.
Conducting initial review and, if required, initiating investigation in coordination with relevant departments.
Facilitating meetings between employees and supervisors to resolve grievances or disputes at an early stage.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Management related to HR & Admin activities.
