Job Context

• GM (Garment Printing) will be responsible for managing overall of Printing department for Knit Product of the company and achieving organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities

• To prepare Plan, Monitor, Coordinate, Trouble Shoot and Analyze the Work & feedback to the Management.

• To liaison with - Merchandiser - Production People- Buyer.

• To keep record of the Work in Process (WIP) and alert the concern Team about the Time frame of delivery.

• To Make sure the Production Plan and Achieve the Target.

• To Forecast and set targets in production and ensure quality in every step of Printing.

• To make sure Screen Preparation works.

• To Work on cost reduction process, inclusion of saving of cost of raw material, alter different chemicals to enhance process efficiency & cost reduction.

• To Maintain Profitably by achieving target within given cost parameter.

• To provide technical support & cooperation among the production people.

• To ensure the quality of every product.

• To develop sample accurately with CAD.

• To ascertain and prepare consumption accurately.
