Responsibilities & Context:
• To ensure effective coordination between the central planning department and make sure the printing plan considering sewing line requirement.
• Responsible for collecting the printing load plan central planning, including four-month projections, monthly plans weekly schedules and daily production targets.
• Develop monthly, weekly, and daily production plans using Fast React.
• Ensure on-time planning execution and shipment completion.
• Perform capacity planning, line loading, and manpower optimization.
• Conduct critical path analysis for each style/order.
• Create and implement contingency plans to manage production risks.
• Monitor production performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Analyze efficiency, productivity, SMV, and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate closely with Production, IE, Merchandising, and Quality teams.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Provide planning insights and data analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Support manpower and machine planning for optimal utilization.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate planning team members to achieve targets.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
