Job Overview

Career Developers Limited is seeking a proactive Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – HR with solid BPO experience to lead HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement aligned with UK-time processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles and maintain a proactive candidate pipeline.

  • Manage HR operations including attendance, HRIS updates, onboarding, and documentation.

  • Ensure compliance, shift policies, leave policies, and BPO-specific HR practices.

  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary cases with professionalism.

  • Monitor shift adherence, roster management, and workforce scheduling for UK operations.

  • Track and report key HR metrics (attrition, attendance, joining ratio, hiring Turnaround Time).

  • Coordinate appraisals, KPI tracking, and performance improvement plans.

  • Manage exit processes, clearance, and conduct exit interviews for retention insights.

  • Support training coordination, refresher sessions, and new-hire orientation programs.

  • Work closely with operations to address absenteeism, retention, and behavioral issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in HRM or relevant field.

  • 3–5 years of proven HR experience in the BPO industry.

  • Strong HR operations, recruitment, compliance, and performance management skills.

  • Excellent English and Bangla communication.

  • Must proficient Using HRIS tools.
