Experience:

• 1 to 4 years

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

• 1 to 4 years

• Age At most 35 years

• Language: Strong communication skills in UK English (Please apply only if you are proficient in UK English). 
• Preference: Candidates with an English Medium background will be given priority.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
• Skills: Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.

• Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Dhaka Time)

• Working Days: Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities: 

As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR processes, ensuring efficient operations and compliance. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

• Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.

• Prepare HR reports such as attendance, leave management, and turnover analysis.

• Support payroll processing by verifying attendance, leave, and overtime data.

• Manage resignation and exit formalities including clearance and final settlement.
