Job Overview
Career Developers Limited is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead our creative and marketing team. The role involves managing projects for multiple UK-based businesses in sectors such as education, marketing, hospitality, and technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring timely execution of all tasks while maintaining strong communication with the UK-based lead.
Core Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the workflow of a multi-skilled creative team (Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Media Buyer, Social Media Manager).
Distribute tasks effectively and monitor project timelines to ensure timely completion.
Act as the main communication bridge with the UK Lead for project updates and priority management.
Use project management platforms such as Trello, Asana, or ClickUp to maintain task boards and schedules.
Ensure quality assurance on all deliverables before final submission.
Prepare and deliver weekly performance and progress reports to the UK team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business or Marketing background preferred).
At least 3 years of proven experience in project management or team supervision.
Strong proficiency in English
Knowledge of digital marketing processes and creative content production.
Proficiency in modern tools, including AI-driven project management tools like ChatGPT.
Working experience with Project Management tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp

Office Location: Dhanmondi, Dhaka
Office Hours: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Bangladesh Time)
Salary Range: BDT 40,000 – 60,000
