Responsibilities & Context:
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, interior designers, architects.|
Ensure proper finishing work with electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other services.
Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
Excellent communication ability with contractors and consultant.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
Maintain updated records of drawing, site instructions and approvals.
Any other task assigned by the line manager.
