Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing and onboarding of qualified healthcare professionals.
∎ 2. Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment, improve staff morale and enhance retention rates.
∎ 3. Coordinate and oversee performance appraisal processes, ensuring timely evaluations, constructive feedback and alignment with organizational goals.
∎ 4. Identify training needs, design development programs and organize workshops to enhance staff competencies and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
∎ 5. Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws, hospital standards and accreditation requirements.
∎ 6. Address employee concerns, mediate workplace conflicts, and support a healthy work environment through effective communication and problem-solving.
∎ 7. Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs, develop workforce plans and maintain optimal staffing levels across the hospital.
∎ 8. Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR databases and ensure data security while supporting data-driven HR strategies.
∎ 9. Prepare and present HR reports on key metrics such as employee turnover, recruitment status, training effectiveness and performance trends to support strategic decision-making.
∎ 10. Ensure HR practices comply with healthcare regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and legal requirements to minimize risks.
