∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure factory compliance requirements as per buyers’ COC & Legal Standard.
∎ Prepare all kinds of CAP (Corrective Action Plan) as per requirements on Audit Reports.
∎ Responsible for day-to-day general compliance issues.
∎ Ensure compliance requirement for different certification/audit like SLCP, Higg, BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX,
∎ Maintain good communication with workers and management to remedy all non-compliance findings.
∎ Prepare and update of all compliance related documents/registers as per Buyer requirements.
∎ Prepare different HR and Compliance reports to the management.
∎ Arrange different types of awareness training for the employees.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Adequate knowledge in Labor Law and Labor Rules, Buyer COC, RSC and different audit.
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Leadership and relationship management.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Strong negotiation and inter-personal skills.
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.
