Responsibilities & Context: Overview:

Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Conduct regular workforce planning and analysis to identify talent gaps and future needs.
Talent Acquisition and Retention:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective talent retention strategies to minimize turnover.
Employee Relations:
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving disputes, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Manage employee performance, conduct performance reviews, and implement performance improvement plans.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonus plans, and insurance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Implement a robust employee development program to support career growth.
HR Operations:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, time and attendance, and HRIS.
