Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to promote and sell travel products and services of Go Dot 5 Travel Agency. The role involves handling client inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and maintaining strong relationships with customers to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Promote and sell travel packages, airline tickets, hotel bookings, visa services, and other travel-related products

  2. Handle walk-in clients, phone calls, emails, and online inquiries professionally

  3. Conduct regular field visits to generate new leads

  4. Develop and manage corporate sales by coordinating with companies, organizations, and group clients

  5. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel solutions

  6. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

  7. Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings

  8. Maintain accurate records of sales, bookings, and client information

  9. Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery

  10. Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues or complaints

  11. Stay updated on travel destinations, airline policies, visa requirements, and promotions

  12. Handle Umrah package sales, customer inquiries, and client consultations

  13. Advise pilgrims on suitable Umrah packages, visa requirements, and travel procedures

  14. Process Umrah visa applications and coordinate with authorized agents and partners

  15. Ensure full compliance with Saudi Umrah regulations and internal agency policies
