Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for brand positioning, lead generation, campaign management, and driving property sales through both digital and offline marketing initiatives.

  1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote real estate projects and achieve sales targets.

  2. Manage and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, paid ads, email marketing, and lead generation activities.

  3. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective conversion of marketing leads into sales opportunities.

  4. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, property expos, events, and branding activities.

  5. Build and maintain relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors.

  6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.

  7. Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

  8. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
