Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and generate new customer leads through online and offline channels
Communicate with potential clients via phone, social media, and in-person meetings
Present and explain products/services to customers clearly
Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into sales
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
Manage and update customer databases regularly
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Prepare reports on sales activities and performance
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, management)
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
