While Managers and Senior Managers focus on direct client acquisition, relationship building, and daily market penetration, higher-level roles like the DGM hold senior, strategic responsibilities. Manager and Senior Manager leads go beyond basic selling to oversee brand positioning, design high-impact marketing campaigns, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure long-term customer sustainability, ultimately maximizing value for the company and its stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive aggressive sales initiatives to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate revenue targets.
Team Leadership & Development: Construct, re-construct, and develop sales and marketing strategies; train the workforce, manage them, and deliver results as per the strategic goals of top management.
Strategic Planning: Prepare robust strategic marketing and sales plans, monitor market developments, implement promotional campaigns, and act as a bridge between top management and the departmental workforce.
Market Analysis & Risk Management: Analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and business risks to devise proactive strategies for project positioning and value maximization.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build, maintain, and leverage strong relationships with prospective buyers, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and corporate clients to ensure continuous business.
Brand & Marketing Operations: Oversee the creation and execution of digital, print, and B2B marketing initiatives to boost company visibility and lead generation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the legal, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth booking, documentation, and handover processes for clients.
Reporting & Forecasting: Manage processes for sales forecasting, pipeline budgets, and regular management reporting regarding sales performance and market feedback.
