We are looking for a smart, self-motivated, and target-driven Executive / Sr. Executive – Business Development to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in software sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure while maintaining long-term client relationships.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Experience in ERP, HRMS, Mobile Apps, Website, Digital Marketing, SEO, Ecommerce or enterprise software solutions.
Proven experience in software sales / IT-enabled product sales
Handle corporate and government clients, including ministries, agencies, and large enterprises.
Provide top Management monthly/ Quarterly/ Annually sale Target & Business Development Plan.
Identify and engage potential clients, understand their needs, and propose customized software solutions.
Navigate the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in software solutions and IT-enabled services
Generate leads through research, networking, and industry connections
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide exceptional after-sales support, fostering long-term client relationships.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting and reporting the top management.
Follow up on bids, proposals, and client communications effectively.
