Experience (3–6 Years)
Minimum 3 to 6 years of professional experience in Customer Care, Customer Support, Client Communication, or CRM Management.
Experience working in IT companies, software companies, e-commerce, digital agencies, or corporate customer service environments will get priority.
Experience handling customer complaints, support queries, follow-ups, and relationship management professionally.
Experience using CRM software, WhatsApp Business, Email Communication, and support management systems.
Ability to manage multiple clients and maintain service quality under pressure.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Handle customer queries, complaints, and support requests through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and online communication platforms.
Maintain professional and friendly communication with clients and customers.
Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution and service support.
Follow up with clients regarding service updates, support status, payments, and project communication.
Maintain customer records, communication history, and support reports.
Ensure timely customer response and high-quality service experience.
Support onboarding communication and customer guidance activities when required.
Monitor support requests and escalate technical issues to the concerned department.
Build and maintain positive long-term customer relationships.
Assist management in improving customer service quality and communication processes.
