As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers across digital platforms, live chat, calls, and social media to deliver exceptional service and drive sales conversions.
Your role includes providing timely order updates, confirming customer orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
You will collaborate closely with marketing and support teams, maintain accurate chat and call logs, and prepare daily reports to share insights and performance updates.
Additionally, you will handle customer inquiries, respond to social media interactions, and support operational tasks as required by management.
