• Bachelor of Law (LLB) in Law
• Master of Law (LLM)

• 2 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Law Firm

• Age 30 to 50 years

·Practicing preventative law, providing legal advice and assistance to management and internal departments.

·Represent and defend cases before the court on behalf of the company.

·Drafting various agreements, undertakings, board resolutions, Memorandum of Association, notices, replies to notices & regulatory letters, and MoUs.

·Strong analytical skills with expertise in civil, criminal, corporate, and admiralty cases.

·Handle case analysis, legal research, and dispute resolution.

·Manage and support litigation and arbitration matters.

·Advise on company law, regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance.

·Appearing in litigation and tribunal hearings on behalf of the company.

·Deal with any kind of hearing of the court about company business.

·Take initiative & legal action according to the management decision.

·Extensive experience in handling financial litigation before the Lower Courts and the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.

·Provide risk assessment in strategic decision-making on legal issues.

·Liaise with external lawyers, courts, and regulatory authorities.

·Proven experience in Civil and Criminal litigation and dispute resolution.

·Perform any other work as assigned by the top management.
