Responsibilities & Context:
Provide legal advice on company matters
draft and review contracts, agreements and legal documents.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Handle legal disputes and coordinate with external lawyers.
Liaise with government and regulatory authorities .
Maintain legal records and perform other legal duties as assigned.
