• Bachelor of Law (LLB)
• Master of Law (LLM)

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age At least 18 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration & Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing, Law Firm

• Must have working experience in any law chamber.

• Must have adequate knowledge with computers.

• Have to be familiar with Dhaka District Court, Dhaka

• Magistrate Court and High Court Premises.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

• Expertise in research work offline and online.

• Able to work as a team.

• Applicants have to possess a positive work attitude, integrity, good manners/courtesy, and good interpersonal skills.

• Contestant must be ready to work under pressure.

Job Context

Have to deal with in-house and outdoor court activities (as per requirement).

A competent associate lawyer is required for the chamber that possesses strong determination, leading capacity & can work under pressure.

Job Responsibilities

• Providing legal opinion on different issues.

• Dealing with cases.

• Knowledge about Immigration law (UK/USA/Canada/Australia etc).

• Case related drafting.

• Lead & supervise the works of junior associates.

• Prepare legal documents, W/S, prepare legal files, send case updates to superiors through email time to time and other related work as required.

• Ability to prepare Legal Drafts and be able to answer all legal inquiries.

• Capability to prepare Deed Agreement, Reminder Letters, Legal Letters etc.

• Will perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

• Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Profit share

• Salary Review: Yearly

• Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
