Responsibilities & Context:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, social media, and other digital channels.
Generate, qualify, and manage leads from social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
Engage with prospective clients and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, and company policies.
Handle quotations, orders, service requests, returns, and after-sales support.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely, professional issue resolution.
Maintain and update customer records, CRM systems, and lead databases.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Conduct follow-ups to strengthen client relationships and maximize customer satisfaction.
Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including response time, lead conversion, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
