  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person

  • Resolving complaints and issues quickly and professionally

  • Providing accurate information about products or services

  • Maintaining customer records and updating databases

  • Following up with customers to ensure problems are resolved

  • Coordinating with other departments to solve customer concerns

  • Handling orders, returns, or service requests

  • Maintaining a positive customer experience and building relationships

  • Meeting performance targets (response time, satisfaction, etc.)
