Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and convert local grocery and super stores into retail outlets.
Source potential investors and suitable locations for new store expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local store owners, landlords, and external stakeholders.
Conduct market visits to identify high-potential areas for retail expansion.
Support onboarding and initial setup of newly converted retail outlets.
Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.
Achieve assigned targets related to store conversion and expansion.
