About Us
Maximo International is the official Channel Partner of Alibaba.com in Bangladesh, helping local manufacturers, exporters, and businesses connect with global buyers through the world’s leading B2B e-commerce platform.
We are expanding our sales team and looking for energetic, ambitious, and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell Alibaba.com membership and digital trade solutions to potential clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and online channels.
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, meetings, and prospecting activities.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, marketing, or business development will be considered an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
