Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential sellers and onboard them to the e-commerce platform.

• Assist sellers with registration, documentation, and account setup.

• Upload and manage in-house product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images.

• Monitor daily sales, orders, and product performance.

• Follow up with sellers to ensure active participation and sales growth.

• Conduct market research and identify new seller opportunities.

• Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for product promotion.

• Maintain seller and product databases and prepare regular reports.

• Provide basic support to sellers and customers regarding platform-related inquiries.

• Perform other e-commerce and business development tasks assigned by management.
