To strengthen our human resource management, compliance, and organizational development, we are seeking an experienced, strategic, and leadership-driven professional for the position of Head of HR (Senior Manager).
Job Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Leadership:
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and manpower planning aligned with business objectives.
• Act as a strategic HR partner to top management.
• Build and maintain a performance-driven organizational culture.
Recruitment & Talent Management:
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for design, project, sales, procurement, and support teams.
• Manage onboarding, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and exit processes.
• Develop succession planning and talent retention strategies.
Performance Management & KPI:
• Design and manage KPI, probation evaluation, and performance appraisal systems.
• Monitor departmental performance and support corrective actions.
• Advise management on performance improvement and disciplinary issues.
Compensation, Payroll & Compliance:
• Supervise payroll processing, salary structure, increments, incentives, and benefits.
• Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and company policies.
• Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and audit readiness.
Training, Discipline & Employee Relations:
• Identify training needs and arrange internal/external training programs.
• Handle employee grievances, misconduct, and disciplinary proceedings.
• Maintain healthy employee relations and workplace discipline.
