Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring HR issues - plan, development, recruitment, training, maintenance and work as a team which also includes policies & procedures, disciplinary action etc.
∎ Engaging in performance management, rewards & recognition, promotion and increment, training & development.
∎ Organizing KPI procedure & assess the performance of employee and provide appropriate training and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency including PMS (Performance Management System)
∎ Ensuring the smooth and adequate flow of information within the organization to facilitate other business operations
∎ CV sorting and call for interview and assisting in interview process, conducting interview.
∎ Negotiating with selective candidates for joining.
∎ Conducting employee joining formalities; preparing documents for approval of selected employees
∎ Preparing appointment letter & offer letter of respective employees.
∎ Updating and maintaining HRIS database, prepare the new employee file of each employee of respective department.
∎ Manage all types of administrative functions (canteen management, premise cleanliness and staff schedules, car pool management, facilities management and so others)
∎ Ensuring health. safety & security of people and properties of the company.
∎ Engaging office support staffs to their duties
∎ Initiate recruitment requisition, new joiner orientation, leave form collect and leave register maintain after approval,
∎ Any other tasks as and when assign by the management.
