Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support the design and implementation of OD strategies, frameworks and interventions aligned with business goals.
∎ Drive succession planning, leadership development, and competency framework projects.
∎ Conduct organizational assessments (e.g., employee surveys) and assist in action planning.
∎ Assist in change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
∎ Conduct organizational assessments and analysis to identify areas of improvement.
∎ Develop and support succession planning, talent mapping, and competency frameworks.
∎ Assist in identifying organizational learning needs through data collection, surveys and stakeholder input to support learning and culture needs analysis.
∎ Develop annual training calendars, coordinate logistics and ensure timely execution of training programs.
∎ Design and deliver internal learning sessions, workshops and onboarding programs.
∎ Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments and ROI analysis.
∎ Maintain learning records and reports, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
∎ Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for various functions and levels.
∎ Facilitate onboarding, soft skills training programs.
∎ Create engaging, learner-centric training environments to maximize knowledge retention.
∎ Assist in designing and updating training content, manuals and presentations.
∎ Customize training modules based on audience needs and business context.
∎ Coordinate the annual performance appraisal process.
∎ Assist in setting KPIs and competency-based assessment tools.
∎ Assist in the rollout and tracking of IDPs across departments.
∎ Provide training/guidance on the performance management system to stakeholders.
∎ Support digital learning initiatives and e-learning platforms.
∎ Coordinate with external vendors and platforms to enhance digital content delivery.
∎ Promote the use of e-learning platforms and support employees in accessing digital training aligned with their roles and development goals.
∎ Support HR strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
∎ Maintain and update OD & Learning data and reports (dashboards, budgets, etc.).
∎ Liaise with different departments for smooth execution of learning programs.
∎ Job Purpose:
∎ The Senior Executive - OD & Learning will play a key role in driving the learning and development agenda and supporting organizational development initiatives. This role will ensure capability building through training design, delivery and OD interventions aligned with business goals.
