Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Support full-cycle recruitment including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update HRIS and personnel records.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll support functions.
  • Support administrative activities including logistics, office maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain company’s regulatory activity logs and ensure all renewal activities are in line with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain an organized record keeping, filling and documentation system. Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
  • Manage, lead security team and administrative staff. Develop, implement and enforce security policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices. Maintain and update company’s legal issues information.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policy.
  • Organize office events, meetings, and internal communication initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, note, memos, and policy drafts.
