Responsibilities & Context: - Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
- Support full-cycle recruitment including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update HRIS and personnel records.
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll support functions.
- Support administrative activities including logistics, office maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain company’s regulatory activity logs and ensure all renewal activities are in line with company policies.
- Develop and maintain an organized record keeping, filling and documentation system. Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
- Manage, lead security team and administrative staff. Develop, implement and enforce security policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices. Maintain and update company’s legal issues information.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policy.
- Organize office events, meetings, and internal communication initiatives.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, note, memos, and policy drafts.
