Responsibilities & Context:

1.      Create and design visual assets for digital and print media based on briefs and brand guidelines (e.g., social media graphics, banners, posters, brochures, and email graphics).

2.      Edit and retouch images, adjust typography, format layouts, and produce polished artwork ready for both print and digital use.

3.      Prepare and package final artwork files to meet technical specifications (e.g., resolution, color profiles, bleed/trim for printing).

4.      Work closely with HoD, authority and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions. Assist in concept development and creative meetings, contributing ideas and helping refine visual concepts.

5.      Take direction and feedback from senior creative staff and incorporate it into revisions

6.      Ensure that all designs adhere to brand standards and visual identity guidelines. Assist with development of branding elements like logos, icons, and templates.

7.      Conduct quality checks on design work to ensure consistency, accuracy, and visual impact.

8.      Organize and maintain the digital asset library (source files, templates, logos, image libraries) so that assets are easy to locate and reuse.

9.      Manage multiple design projects at once and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

10.  Creating and adapting visuals for digital/print media (social posts, ads, flyers, presentations) while maintaining brand consistency, preparing files for production, and learning new techniques, focusing on tasks like image editing, layout, and asset management under guidance to build skills and deliver projects on time. 

11.  Design digital images or other types of marketing materials. Contribute to layout, typography, and photography decisions.

12.  Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligning with the company’s goals. Conduct market research, understand the target audience, and identify marketing and growth opportunities.

13.  Create and execute campaigns across various digital channels, like email, social media, paid advertising and search engine optimization. Track and measure the performance of all digital marketing channels and propose optimization initiatives to maximize marketing ROI.

14.  Keep a close eye on the competition, determine realistic benchmarks, and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.

15.  Keep abreast of the latest digital trends and continued advancements in digital technologies and marketing best practices. Constantly strive to discover and adopt emerging technologies, digital innovations, and new platforms and systems to optimize organizational productivity and effectiveness

16.  Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines. Maintain design files, asset libraries, and version control.

17.  Respond to feedback and revise designs accordingly. Any other task assigned by the department head.
