• Expertise in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• Strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

• Concept development to final execution, for a wide range of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, packaging, social media graphics, and website visuals.     

• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to understand project requirements, target audience preferences, and brand guidelines.

• Ensure that all visual assets meet quality standards, adhere to brand guidelines, and effectively communicate the desired message.

• Generate innovative and visually impactful design concepts that resonate with the target audience and differentiate the brand in the marketplace.

• Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously elevate the quality and effectiveness of design deliverables.

• Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables.

• Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed to supplement in-house design capabilities and expand creative capacity.

• Uphold brand consistency and visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring that all design assets reflect the brand`s values, messaging, and aesthetic.
