Responsibilities & Context:
Job Overview:
We are seeking a mid-level Real Estate Image Editor who is an expert in both traditional architectural retouching and advanced Virtual Staging/Pre-modeling. You will transform raw property photos into premium marketing assets using a mix of Adobe Creative Suite and modern AI tools. The ideal candidate balances meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to fast- paced delivery.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
• Create photorealistic virtual staging by adding appropriate furniture and decor to empty rooms. Perform virtual renovation/pre- modeling to help buyers visualize property potential.
• Digitally remove existing furniture, unwanted objects, dirt, bins, or other distractions to create clean, empty spaces when required.
• Process real estate images with high quality and a quick turnaround time (TAT) while maintaining strict consistency.
• Perform expert HDR blending of bracketed images and utilize Ambient Flambient techniques for balanced, natural lighting.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of color balancing, advanced Photoshop editing, and fixing lens distortions.
• Execute professional sky replacements and lawn/grass enhancements to ensure curb appeal.
• Demonstrate knowledge of and utilize AI tools within your workflow to increase efficiency and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Maintain high-quality standards, follow established editing guidelines, and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines.
