Responsibilities & Context:

• This program is a development plan designed for highly motivated individuals with the qualities of becoming the Future Leaders.

• Upon successful completion of the program, the Management Trainee Officer typically will take on roles in different departments based on their strengths and interests, catering to the needs of the business.

• Completing all assigned tasks and duties in different departments, and gaining knowledge of operations.

• Learning from the line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, company policies, and practices that affect each phase of business.

• Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.

• Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.

• Data collation, validation, and presentation.

• Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
