Technical Skills:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Basic understanding of printing processes and packaging design standards.
Familiar with social media content design and digital advertising formats.
Responsibilities & Context:
Design engaging social media creatives (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Develop promotional materials (dangler, banners, flyers, standees)
Create packaging designs, labels, and in-store branding materials
Collaborate closely with the Marketing & Brand team for campaign execution
Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications
Prepare print-ready production files
Perform basic video editing and motion graphics (preferred)
Work on outlet branding to enhance visibility while maintaining brand guidelines
