Responsibilities & Context:

​Key Responsibilities:

​Human Resources:

  • ​Coordinate recruitment and hiring processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, and scheduling interviews.

  • ​Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.

  • ​Ensure compliance with all HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations in the UK.

  • ​Maintain accurate and confidential employee records (physical and digital).

  • ​Administer payroll and employee benefits programs.

  • ​Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts.

  • ​Organize and facilitate training and development initiatives for staff.

  • ​Conduct performance appraisals and provide support for career development.

​Administration:

  • ​Oversee daily office operations and manage office supplies and inventory.

  • ​Coordinate office maintenance and facility management.

  • ​Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings.

  • ​Handle general administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and data entry.

  • ​Act as a key point of contact for employees and external vendors.

​Qualifications & Skills:

​Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

​Proven experience in a similar HR and administrative role.

​Strong knowledge of UK labor laws and HR best practices.

​Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

​Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

​Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

​Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

​Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to details.
