Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a highly motivated, target-driven, and professional Assistant Manager – Sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and yearly targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key accounts.
Identify new business opportunities and ensure client acquisition.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present updates to management.
Train, guide, and support sales executives to achieve individual and team goals.
Handle client queries and resolve issues with professionalism.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
