We are looking for a highly motivated, target-driven, and professional Assistant Manager – Sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and yearly targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key accounts.

• Identify new business opportunities and ensure client acquisition.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.

• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present updates to management.

• Train, guide, and support sales executives to achieve individual and team goals.

• Handle client queries and resolve issues with professionalism.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
