Experience:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally/QuickBooks).

• Good understanding of TAX, VAT, and compliance issues.

• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Executive – Accounts to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily accounts operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounts, transactions, and records.

• Prepare vouchers, invoices, bills, and other financial documents.

• Manage accounts receivable and payable, including vendor and client payments.

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.

• Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement activities.

• Ensure compliance with VAT, TAX, and other regulatory requirements.

• Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and internal audit preparations.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records.

• Report to the Accounts Manager/Finance Head as required.
