Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a highly professional and service-oriented Customer Service Executive to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and pleasant client journey—from the initial inquiry to final service delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication skills, strong organizational ability, and the professionalism to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients with a warm, professional approach

  • Manage appointments via telephone, walk-ins, and digital booking platforms

  • Provide accurate information on services, pricing, promotions, and packages

  • Address client inquiries, feedback, and complaints with discretion and efficiency

  • Maintain and update client records, including service history and preferences

  • Liaise with beauticians, stylists, and management to ensure timely service delivery

  • Promote and upsell salon services, membership packages, and retail products

  • Process client payments, issue receipts, and maintain daily financial records

  • Assist management with administrative and operational support as needed
