Responsibilities & Context: We are seeking a highly professional and service-oriented Customer Service Executive to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and pleasant client journey—from the initial inquiry to final service delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication skills, strong organizational ability, and the professionalism to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist clients with a warm, professional approach
Manage appointments via telephone, walk-ins, and digital booking platforms
Provide accurate information on services, pricing, promotions, and packages
Address client inquiries, feedback, and complaints with discretion and efficiency
Maintain and update client records, including service history and preferences
Liaise with beauticians, stylists, and management to ensure timely service delivery
Promote and upsell salon services, membership packages, and retail products
Process client payments, issue receipts, and maintain daily financial records
Assist management with administrative and operational support as needed
