∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Tannery/Footwear

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, coordinating, and participating in recruitment and selection processes according to recruitment policy.
∎ Formulation and implementation of corporate and factory HR policies and procedures in order to contribute & development of Human Resources in the organization.
∎ Structure & manage all compensation & benefits related issues.
∎ Planning and ensuring performance evaluation process and JD/ KPI for all the employees on time.
∎ Prepare departmental budgets, monitor, control, fund arrangement and capable to handle all rectification.
∎ Protect interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.
∎ Maintain complicated labor issues in line with Labor Law 2006 including latest amendments and other govt. rules and regulations.
∎ Maintain all kind of disciplinarian's issues likes show cause with suspension, warning letter issue, grievance policy maintain etc.
∎ Provide necessary/required administrative support to executive employees.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ It is expected that selected candidate shall need to stay near factory premises (Hotapara, Gazipur).
∎ Expert in MS Office.
∎ Good Communication.
∎ Team Player with positive attitude.
