Quality assurance and control, Sports wear, Synthetic Shoes
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tannery/Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To smoothen the industrialization process.
∎ To validate TR/PR on time to avoid production loss.
∎ Ensure that DPR, SQA and SOP are respected and sustainable at all process.
∎ To ensure and sustain product quality standard for the entire factory through Trouble Shooting.
∎ Work proactively to ensure quality from IQC to final product.
∎ Make sure that products are confirming as per requirement and checklist at each QC station.
∎ Prepare CAP report with analyzing proper root cause and Action Plan for Quality problems.
∎ If any Critical/ Major defect found, need to solve them autonomously or inform to senior person to solve them immediately.
∎ Confirm product quality before final packing.
∎ Ensure about all comments and approval to reduce mistakes.
∎ Ensure Quality standard of all checked goods.
∎ Ensure that DPR is maintained and sustainable at Assembly Section.
∎ Work on Top Defects by Root Cause Analysis and set Action Plan to solve them as soon as possible.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ It is expected that selected candidate shall need to stay near factory premises (Hotapara, Gazipur).
∎ Who have worked in synthetic shoes or sportswear will be given preference.
∎ Expert in MS Office.
∎ Leadership & Negotiation capability.
∎ Good Communication.
∎ Problem solving capability.
∎ Team Player with positive attitude.
