∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tannery/Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Confirm prepared all components before start production.
∎ Ensure about all comments and approval to reduce mistakes.
∎ Ensure Quality standard of all checked uppers/ Outsole /Insole/Midsole quality before start production.
∎ Ensure that production requirements are maintained and sustainable at stitching section.
∎ Work on top defects by root cause analysis and set action Plan to solve them as soon as possible.
∎ Ensure that DPR is maintained and sustainable at preparation, UV & Stock Fitting Section.
∎ Secure the production process in all stages and work proactively from IQC to final product.
∎ Confirm product quality standard as per AQL Chart and prepare report about findings to keep record.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ It is expected that selected candidate shall need to stay near factory premises (Hotapara, Gazipur).
∎ Who have worked in synthetic shoes or sportswear will be given preference.
∎ Expert in MS Office.
∎ Good Communication.
∎ Team Player with positive attitude.
Salary: Negotiable
