∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing day to day HR operations for the factory that includes manpower approval, recruitment and selection, staffing, ensuring job description for all.
∎ Ensure development and implementation of HR policies, compliance and procedure to support and companies business objectives in accordance with legal perspective and cost control.
∎ Planning, developing, updating and implementing different HR, Admin and Compliance policies in line with Labor Law, Buyers' Code of Conducts, industry standards etc.
∎ Preparing the factory complying with the COCs of the different buyers with a view to facing different compliance audits, i.e. social, ethical, safety (building, electrical, fire), environmental, technical, CTPAT, QMS, etc.
∎ Discussing with compliance team about the CAPs of different audits and ensure smooth rectification and prepare corrective Action Plan (CAP) based on Internal and External audits & ensure physical execution of the recommendation.
∎ Maintaining and monitoring all documentation like personal file, different registers etc.
∎ Maintaining liaison with different association like LFMEAB, Compliance auditors, Fire and Civil defense department, labor office, environment office, local influences etc.
∎ Handling the issues pertaining to Industrial Relations (IR) according to Laws in force along with formulating motivational factors and conflict management.
∎ Handling worker related issues, especially WPC, Grievance Management and Disciplinary Procedures as per Law.
∎ Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs and develop production efficiency related activities Manage the training process and ensure employees fit the role and organizational culture.
∎ Plan, develop and provide training and workers development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
∎ Prepared statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as works Efficiency, absenteeism rates and turnover
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as Factory HR & Compliance..
∎ Track record in designing and executing successful training programs, material development.
∎ Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.).
∎ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
∎ Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
∎ Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals.
∎ Good computer and database skills.
