∎ Ready to travel outside of Dhaka for Divisional Recruitment and Training
∎ Training in Bangladesh Labor Laws will be an added advantage

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for end-to-end division wise field force recruitment
∎ Conduct planning with proper data analysis
∎ Analyze Training needs for the field forces and prepare quarterly development plans accordingly I
∎ Conduct onboarding for new hires & ensure documentation
