Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Currently we are seeking for some smart, quick learner, energetic, self motivated freshers form reputed universities.Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Provide counseling on policies and procedures. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions and managing the hiring process. Visit to the project on a regular basis to monitor and follow up daily work. Assist in Training and Development activities. Assist in performance management processes. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues. Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance. Any other duties assigned by superior.
