Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure manpower support in different department through on time recruitment
∎ Ensure Environment, Health, Safety, regulatory related issues
∎ Handle employees grievances, disciplinary action and other administrative issues as per Bangladesh Labor Law
∎ Assist supervisor to develop and implement Plant HR strategies & policies aligned with corporate HR and overall Business objectives
