Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct onboarding sessions to integrate new employees effectively into the hospital environment.
∎ Handle employee queries, conflicts, and grievances professionally to maintain a positive work environment.
∎ Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction and team morale.
∎ Assist in setting KPIs and managing performance evaluation processes.
∎ Support department heads in conducting performance appraisals, providing feedback, and creating development plans.
∎ Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employees’ skills and productivity.
∎ Monitor attendance records and ensure timely processing of payroll.
∎ Address issues related to leave and other payroll components.
∎ Ensure compliance with hospital policies, and industry regulations.
∎ Update and implement HR policies, service rules, and procedures as necessary.
∎ Oversee daily administrative functions, including facility management, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
∎ Manage office supplies, equipment, and other essential resources to ensure operational efficiency.
∎ Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover, hiring trends, and training effectiveness.
∎ Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
∎ The Sr. Executive/ Executive - HR & Admin will be responsible for managing various HR and admin functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training. This role will also oversee administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the hospital’s day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of HR and admin best practices and hospital administration.
