Experience:

Saic Nursing College is seeking a dedicated and organized Coordinator – Clinical Placement & Internal Practice to oversee, coordinate, and monitor students’ clinical placements and internal practical sessions. The role is crucial in ensuring effective clinical learning, compliance with regulatory requirements, and smooth coordination between the college, students, faculty, and affiliated hospitals/clinical sites.
Job Descriptions:
Plan, coordinate, and manage clinical placements for nursing students in affiliated hospitals and healthcare institutions.
Liaise with hospital authorities, clinical supervisors, and faculty to ensure proper supervision and learning outcomes.
Prepare and maintain clinical rotation schedules, duty rosters, and placement documentation.
Coordinate internal practical sessions, skill lab activities, and clinical demonstrations as per curriculum requirements.
Monitor students’ attendance, discipline, performance, and clinical logbooks during placements.
Ensure compliance with BNMC, affiliating university, and institutional guidelines related to clinical practice.
Support faculty members in organizing assessments, practical examinations, and evaluations related to clinical training.
Address student and clinical site concerns related to placements in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain proper records, reports, and correspondence related to clinical practice and placements.
Assist management in improving clinical partnerships and identifying new placement opportunities.
