Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support to develop and implement effective recruitment and onboarding plans and activities
∎ Contribute insight and expertise to assist with campaign planning, monitoring and evaluation
∎ Organize and participate in recruitment, outreach activities and to represent the organization
∎ Develop effective outreach materials, including digital content and hard copy materials
∎ Provide high-quality information, advice, and guidance to prospective candidates
∎ Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, outcomes and recommendations for development
∎ Issue Employment offer and Employment letters to the selected candidates
∎ Prepare monthly report on onboarding and update database accordingly
∎ Complete software entries of the new joiners
∎ Support to shortlist candidates and arrange interviews accordingly
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management
