As part of this expansion, we are inviting applications from dynamic and capable professionals for the above position for one of its concerns, Bay Icon International Hotel & Resort Ltd.:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.

  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.

  • Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.

  • Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance, leave records, and employee data.

  • Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and punctuality.

  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee engagement activities.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR procedures.

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.

  • Handle office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.

  • Maintain office facilities, utilities, and equipment.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.

  • Manage office correspondence, courier services, and documentation.

  • Support management in administrative tasks and reporting.

  • Any other Tasks assigned by the Management as & when required.
