Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Must be a retired professional from a defense background, such as the police, army, navy or RAB
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Proven work experience in security management or a related role.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect the factory premises and assets.
∎ Supervise security personnel and ensure their adherence to security guidelines and standards.
∎ Conduct regular security inspections and assessments to identify vulnerabilities
∎ and recommend improvements.
∎ Oversee access control systems, including the issuance of identification cards, monitoring entry and exit points, and maintaining visitor logs.
∎ Coordinate and manage security clearances for employees and visitors.
∎ Utilize CCTV and other surveillance systems to monitor the factory premises.
∎ Respond promptly to security alarms and incidents, taking appropriate action as necessary.
∎ Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors.
∎ Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
∎ Conduct regular drills and training for security and factory personnel on emergency protocols.
∎ Document and report security incidents, breaches, and violations to relevant authorities and management.
∎ Prepare incident reports and maintain records of security-related activities.
∎ Provide training to security personnel on security protocols, emergency response, and customer service skills.
∎ Ensure the security team is well-equipped and prepared to handle security challenges effectively.
∎ Liaise with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to address security concerns and ensure overall security system in safe way.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge of security protocols, access control system and emergency response procedures.
∎ Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high pressure situations.
∎ Physical fitness and the ability to perform security related tasks as needed.
∎ Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to security in the workplace.
Salary: Negotiable
